[Hayward]

Paladin: Slashes the air with the sword then raises it to the heavens.
Warrior: Raises the axe in the air with both hands with a primal yell, a la Rock Adams.
White Mage: Meditating while surrounded by a blinding aura.
Black Mage: Chanting spells while wrapped in an umbral aura.
Monk: Shadow boxing.
Dragoon: Piercing the air with several thrusts, finishing with a Wheeling Thrust.
Summoner: All egis and Carbuncle appear and dance around the Summoner.
Scholar: Both fairies leap out and shower the Scholar with stardust.
Ninja: Several images of the Ninja appear and perform various mudras.
Bard: Pulls out the harp and plays several melodies.

With my luck, /dragoon would be the dragoon falling face ground into the ground as if they are dead. Knowing Square Enix, they'd jump on this bandwagon and mock one of my favorite classes even more, lol. :P

@OP - Fantastic idea, I hope this picks up some momentum, and they add more than one Job Emote!

The idea's floating around on this thread are too good to just make one per job!

p.s. As warrior main, I love the idea of getting a sharpening stone and using that on my axe. Either standing or sitting cross legged with the Great Axe across my lap

Something like this, but something thats also continuous for when we go AFK for a couple of minutes. I'm a screenshot lover so I this would make for some good captures.

Rather disappointed with the idle /cpose so I'd rather them not butcher the jobs even more.

I would love new battle stances, maybe related to persistent combat abilities. For example, WHM's battle stance while engaged could be different when they are on Cleric Stance, same goes for Paladin's Oaths, or Warrior when Defiance is on.

Not only it would make players look different, but it would also help notice if you forgot to switch on/off a combat stance ability.
