Yes, this is what the entire thread is about...

@OP - Fantastic idea, I hope this picks up some momentum, and they add more than one Job Emote!

The idea's floating around on this thread are too good to just make one per job!

p.s. As warrior main, I love the idea of getting a sharpening stone and using that on my axe. Either standing or sitting cross legged with the Great Axe across my lap

Rather disappointed with the idle /cpose so I'd rather them not butcher the jobs even more.

I can see stuff like:

MNK: Air punches
SMN/SCH with pet out: Interaction with the pet (I'm gonna cuddle Titan Egi so hard it'll be like I cuddled sandpaper!)
SMN/SCH no pets: Reading books (bonus points if one reads right to left, and the other left to right!)
BRD: Shredding those harp strings like some kind of rocker
WAR: Places axe head on ground and resting their head on the handle like "'sup man?"

And the rest of my imagination just rolls into the absurd after that one (DRG spins lance above head and becomes a helicopter!) so I'll spare the rest. XD

I'm actually very surprised that with the interaction emotes we have with minions, that there is nothing for our Fairies. I spend too much time trying to get a screenshot where it looks like that I'm interacting with Eos.

PLD: Polishing their shield, making kissy faces at their reflection in it "Who's a pretty paladin? Yes you are, yes YOU are!"

WAR: Pumping even more steroids into themselves with a syringe for yet more HP.


LNC: Just sitting somewhere in the corner. Alone. Sighing quietly cause they end up dead each fight.

BRD: Drink some ale then stumble around the streets trying to play a harp and shouting out rude limericks. Pantsless, of course...

BLM: Randomly setting things and people on fire.

I wrote this post with the intention of something more "serious" but I have to admit I like these suggestions. lol

Something like this, but something thats also continuous for when we go AFK for a couple of minutes. I'm a screenshot lover so I this would make for some good captures.

I would love new battle stances, maybe related to persistent combat abilities. For example, WHM's battle stance while engaged could be different when they are on Cleric Stance, same goes for Paladin's Oaths, or Warrior when Defiance is on.

Not only it would make players look different, but it would also help notice if you forgot to switch on/off a combat stance ability.
