LF BRD, Tank, Caster for T5+ Progression

Our current group of five members is looking to put together a full party for Coil progression. Right now we have:
iL107 SCH (Jiari Smalls)
iL110 BLM (Eclair Leingod)
iL103 NIN (Carrerra Larren)
iL103 PLD/iL110 DRG (Lady Yamaryu)
iL101 WHM (Ralesca Morphis)
We’re looking for a tank, BRD, and other casting class, preferably above iL100 (but if you can hack it with Twintania, iLevel doesn’t matter so much). About half the group is past turn 5, but the rest aren't, so we'd need to get Twintania out of the way first. As far as scheduling goes, we're open Weekend evenings (for raiding) and Monday evenings CST (more for messing around than serious progression).

Hey there. I'm a returning player that has clear experience with T1-T6 and experience with T7/T8 (SCoB experience was way back when it was first released so conventional strategies might be different now).

I'm currently at ilvl 100 on my PLD while my WHM and DRG are at 91 and 92 respectively. I'm currently funneling all of my poetics/soldierys towards PLD so I'll likely be at 110 in relatively short order. I sent you an in-game tell but I think you were AFK.
