Are you sending them for shards, or for crystals?

it's the level one ventures. in the first category. they're shards and she only bring back 10 every 50minutes. i don't know. maybe i reset the retainer and try leveling it up on one of the paid retainers. probably something exclusive. :/

There is no difference from a paid retainer to one of the originals. None. I receive the same amount from each dependent on their actual level and it has nothing to do with the gear.

My retainers retrieve 60 level 1 elemental shards every 40 minutes, at level 50. This should be standard.

You will probably want to file a support ticket and/or bug report for this, before you reset the retainer, since it'll take you a long time to get back to 50 with it.

It is affected by gear. i've had them bringing back 40, then just upgraded their gear, now they're bringing back 60

then what else? my gear is good. she can do the highest level exploration ventures. i just want to know how to bring back more then 10 shards every 50 minutes. somebody please share secret :/
