What is your approach and/or goals for Heavensward? Also, what will your early recruitment requirements be like for Heavensward?

Regarding goals we are set to get a world ranking on next raiding content.

Recruiting : we are giving trials now and not when heavenward is launched and probably will not be recruiting by then.

I do not think we will be recruiting when Heavensward is up unless someone wont be able to raid for any reason.

WHM - High
PLD - Medium
WAR - Medium
MNK - Medium
DRG - Medium
NIN - Medium
BLM - Medium
All exceptional applications will be considered regardless of their Job.

*A little Info about Raiding with Angered
-On daily basis our Events starts at 7pm to 11pm GMT , however on progression its a lot more hours.
-We currently have 3 statics that clear T10-T13 Every week and we have 1 alt run that clears also. So a total of 4.
-Angered will achieve record clears on every patch and we are aiming to make all our member elites in there Jobs.
-Any new member joining Angered will get by default a 2 weeks trial period and then given a rank fits his skills.
-If you are willing to apply please do so, but specify if you are in for the long term or short term.


High : There is a free spot on one of the free company's raiding statics for this job.

Medium : Exceptional applications with proof of skill and availability might be given a trial.

Low : If a player applies with a clear of all raiding contents and prove that he/she is highly skilled
with high availability, management will consider replacing a main player if the skill gap is by a noticeable difference.
