SE, bring more consistency to pet classes.

Now, don't get me wrong, I don't mean to say SCH/SMN are underpowered, SMN is a very good DPS class and SCH is an awesome healer, in fact, I'm a SCH main, but... there are a few things on the scaling of these 2 jobs that I strongly feel are not consistent:

1 - Spell Speed is a massive dead weight on them due to the pet taking literally zero advantage from it, which makes BiS on this class unfairly stronger and even mandatory over other classes (you can go SS, Det or Crit on the BLM and all work fine).

2 -The assigned 30 Attribute points have no effect on the pet.

3 - Food has no effect on the pet.

I can live with number 2. But Number 1 and number 3 do not make sense at all and make SMN a broken class. Why on earth the SS has no effect on the pet and why on earth eating food with the SMN/SCH is literally about 30% less effective than with other classes?
