How do you Cap tome each week?

I did not have tiem to cap, playing 1 expert every 2 or 3 days week wasnt helping (I have a new born baby so time became a problem) so I decided to install the game in my office (work place xD) and now i can do experts everyday at lunch time, so, yeah, just like that

I've been capping each week farming Nael trying to get the high allagan staff for my BLM, and I still don't have it.

Haven't even bothered unlocking expert roulette either lol

I do expert and High level, then farm Snowcloak a few times, I usually cap within 2-4 days

I don't Work 12.5 hour shifts at hospital so rarely get chance to cap each week.

I no longer care if I cap or not cuz I've grown bored but I still play for a few hours a day to do certain dailys.
