7+ Frontline matches(20 per match), 4 Daily Expert Roulettes (75 per day) and random stuff for those last 10.

I only do ex roulette, and whatever stuff I happen to be doing in the week like running ex primals

I do other things too, but even if I didn't do those things, ex roulette would cover it by itself. I've never had to make any extra effort to cap, ever.
