I am just trying to understand you. You don't like going for shiny things and doing repetitive, tedious tasks, but 1.xx was basically a blueprint on how to excel in all of those aspects. Keep fighting primals till -something- dropped. Keep doing CC/AV till -something- dropped. Spam Hamlets all day till -something- dropped.

I didn't say anything of the sort. I said I found more to do, and I did not say the word "excel".

I fact, I simply said I played since 1.0 and when it updated, seemed to have more novel stuff compared to what we were doing.

I also said I took a break from playing it. So no, I don't see it as perfect in that regard either.

That is fine if you liked 1.xx more. The argument was you don't like tedious and repetitive content with a carrot on a stick and it looked like you were comparing it to 1.xx, which was much worse in that aspect.
