1.xx wasn't tedious and repetitive?

It wasn't a wow clone, and brought (then) new activities. And yes i took a break with it too after it went f2p. I've waited for welcome changes during both games like everyone else. I've waited long enough.

Sounds like you didn't find enough friends to ride the treadmill with. I'm not surprised you aren't having a good time. You keep expecting the game to hand you the whole experience when the people are half of it. Having a horizontal progression system wouldn't change anything about that

Way to make assumptions on my experience. I enjoyed playing with a lot of the friends I met in the LSes and FCs I have been a part of. This game was one major reason I got on social media. And I still enjoy hearing from them and their achievements.

There is a difference between friends and community. And the game failed on its own failings.
