Why do you even play video games with that kind of attitude? It always doing something x amount of times for some shiny reward. If you have a problem with that then I think you may have picked a hobby incompatible with your preferences.

I do like video games. But even in video games there shouldn't be a feeling of spinning one's wheels.

FFXIV's feels stagnant and invalidating to me, plus the things i do not like about the game are not going to improve. That doesn't mean I hate all gaming.
