Bad day of Farming. Just why, how and who?

Hey all, I do like my Black/Red combo color scheme so of course when I saw the High Allagan Kite shield I fell in love with it. It's just beautiful. Course back then I didn't have a steady static so getting to T8 wouldn't happen to me till much later. Now I'm part of a awesome Static and we done well together but tonight we didn't have anything planned.

So still wanting the shield I thought I PF for T8, description was
"T8 Farm so Kill EXP required and knowing what to do"

uhhh, out of possible 5+hours I only managed to get 1 Kill and then the party disbanded because the healer got what he wanted to left and the chain of leavers happen *why do people do that?* but any other time I tried to farm it, sure I had some people who was really good but at last I've been getting people who can't seem to do the simplest of task like running to the towers and just generally messing up the raid. So yeah today's been a bad farm day for me. But I've made a LS now that only Skilled raiders can join because I got tired of people joining who can't even do the towers right.

So do you have any stories or anything to add? I'm sure I'm not the only one out their.
