More than likely you're set, and don't require the fix! Users with CPU's after Sandy Bridge-E, and Nvidia GPU's should already benefit from PCI-E 3.0. The test is nice to confirm you are in fact running in PCI-E 3.0. If you weren't, you might have a different problem.

    Thanks for the tweak OP
You're welcome! 59-89 FPS is a great range to be in!

I think this only applies to Multi-GPU, as single TITAN, it has no effect.

While the PCI-E tweak doesn't apply to my mobo, the profile tweak added a nice 10 fps.
Still only about 50ish fps in a zone with a handful of other players, such as a city early in the morning like my current testing.
But better than 40ish. I kept myself locked down to 30fps just for consistencies sake because of that. Felt really smooth going uncapped and running around my house, haha.

I have a GTX560 with 2GB of on board VRAM, and a Phenom BE 980 Quad Core @ 3.7Ghz and 4GB of RAM and am wondering if either of these tweaks will enhance my frame rate. So far it seems that Intel Sandy Bridge processors are being talked about so I'm unsure if this will work for me. I can't remember exactly which MOBO I have but it is an ASUS MOBO. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nice tweak for the profile thing, suggest that for anyone running an nvidia card in their rig. Got me a decent 5-10 frames extra.

Isn't that anything over 30 fps overkill? Don't understand the importance of pushing fps, other than show how much powerful a system is.

When fps does not drops under 30 on any situation, to me 30 fps is good as 300 fps on playing situations and don't see any difference.

Lately I've been having an issue with my game where the graphics/frames looks skippy. I can look at the FPS and it will say 60 FPS constant, but sometimes (not always) it feels skippy and feels like it's running at 30, especially when moving around, even though it still says 60.

Not sure what the cause of this is. :|

If you have Vsync on by force in your drivers, any drop below 60 will drop it to 30, and once it gets to 60 it stays there, if you take of vsync, you should get a smoother experience but maybe some tearing, if you are running an nvidia card, put adaptive vsync, and then in game, unlimited cap on frames, this will keep the game at 60, and it wont drop to 30 if any dips.
adaptive vysnc basically turns vsync on and off depending on the frames.
