Choco Barding Q

Quick question, once you get a barding at level 10 (any tree), are you stuck with that specific barding until you reach level 10 on another tree?

I assumed that if you re-spec, the old tree's barding disappears and you get the up to date tree's barding instead. I just re-specced my choco from tank to dps hoping to change it up a little, but I've still got the paladin barding.

As has been mentioned, you're stuck with it. Even if you reset your points, putting them into another tree will NOT unlock it unless you meet the required ranks.

You get enough points to unlock a new barding at ranks 10, 16, and 20.

Then, you didnt unlocked Level 10 in a another tree. My Chocobo is Rank 17 and i've unlocked the healbarding at 16 (tankbarding at 10).

I have rank 10 WHM and attacker, unless it just goes in the chocobo barding area and I don't have to talk to the achievements npc.

you should already have yours if you maxed out both trees

It goes to the chocobo barding area, there's no achievement for it.

Shouldn't you have enough SP to max everything at 18?

you only get 10 pts per up, 20 gave all missing ones at once
