So I had been queueing Frontlines most the morning with no pops, friend logs in, and gets a pop. So I reset my queue, while he is in Frontlines.



His Frontline game ends, I'm still in queue.



He re-queues for Frontlines, I'm still in queue.



He's back in Frontlines, I'm still in queue.



You want to know why people don't do PvP? This is one of them, the completely broken queueing system.

We are in the same GC. I've even tried queueing as Monk and the exact same happens.

Sad thing is I actually did like PvP. Guess I'll go win-trade my last few ranks instead seeing as I've now been in and out of the Frontlines queue for 6 HOURS and not 1 pop while I'm watching other people get a pop every 20-30 minutes.

I am convinced the Frontlines queuing system prioritizes players who recently played a match, putting them in effectively the same match after, which is silly.

I am also convinced that 90ks disrupt this "feature", since usually if I queue again after a match I get in within minutes, but if I 90k'd that match I don't. With. Out. Fail. Almost makes me wonder if 90k is actually a design feature aimed at letting others take my place on the next queue...

I am starting to think my main reason for desiring an open world PvP system is that it wouldn't have to deal with queues... Please just give us 3 Grand Company based PvP zones which has a scheduled Company verses Company match with consequences for victory or defeat... I'd love that so much...

I am also starting to think I start sentences with "I am" too much...

The wait times are horrible! They need to fix it! I've played other games with 72 man, 48 man content and you play within a few minutes! I have numerous screen shots where I've been waiting for more than an hour. As far as the language selection, just because you have another person confirm it doesn't mean its true, its just speculation at that point. I want a clear answer from the development team. We all pay a monthly service fee for this game, frankly we shouldn't have to wait as long as we do. Again, can we please hear from the dev team. I've sent numerous in game "suggestions". Thank you.

I had to double check, but yep, English only. Happening again this evening, got Duty Finder window open this time for Language Selection. Was in queue since... Uhm, like 2:30pm GMT and then I withdrew when this queue hit 3 hours since I have raid in 20 mins anyway.

3 hours is definitely garbage =(. It looks like you're Chaos data center and Maelstrom. I'm not as familiar with that data center, but it could be you're queueing at a less popular time (2:30 PM most people might be at work/school) and for a popular grand company. On my data center usually 7 pm - 11pm on weekdays is the best time to queue.

They don't. I very rarely get back into a game in the first 20/30 mins even if I leave the game and re-queue asap

Edit: I just queued for FL as healer and when waiting a hunt popped, I went to go do it to kill some time. Switched to my dps since I won't get any seals as solo healer. Obviously the queue popped as I was mid fight. Boss got down to 1% and the time ended so I was withdrew. I hoped to get the kill just in time but when I knew it was too late I tried switching to healer class and couldn't because I was in combat. Why should I even have to switch back to the class I signed up with when you can freely change your class anyway once you are inside...

Some people also believe that rank priority affects que, just as it does in wolves den. I do not understand why SE can not talk about this issue. If it is trying to even out rank then it doesn't matter if average rank of the other teams are 30 and you are 42. I did not do wolves den. But people who do weekly have told me if 2 teams que and the ranks don't match up they will both sit in que for about 30 mins before it will match them up.

I always que for all languages and i played like 5 games in 3 hours and the op got 0.

I don't know why but the english mods or the devs seem to avoid the pvp forum.
