This surprises me. Every time I file a report, for RMT, or abuse, or whatever, they always reply with the standard "add to blacklist, we cannot provide you with details on any actions taken, if any are taken... " blah blah.

So for them to tell you that action has already been taken, enough where the person has been banned where it is safe to remove from blacklist, is really shocking to me.

I thought so too but I wouldn't read too much into it. Just consider it as some in depth role playing.

I admit ive gotten more then a fair share of copy pasted responses from gm's ive met three who were absolutely wonderful, fun and extremely helpful. To you three and the op's gm many many cookies! <3 you!

I really find it awesome when any sort of game staff will go out of their way of the normal "generic" response and go ahead and roleplay along with players like this. truely great xD

I almost always ask GMs that answer my call, after they ask if there's anything else, a stupid request. I was sad the one time I was tanking a boss and couldn't ask to give me better armor.
