    Just wanted to say thanks on behalf of my husband. He had a security token on his phone, and got himself a new phone without changing the token over first.

    Your support team were so quick at getting his account back to him, we were impressed and pleased. ^o^ So yeah, cheers guys.

    It took them 3 days for mine, but in all fairness, it was during patch maintenance. So I could understand, but the SE customer service always seems to be on top of everything.

    There is always that one GEM who goes above and beyond. Your husband got lucky. SE customer service is usually bad.

    I must have gotten lucky every single time then. Same for my friends.

    Problems ranging from: Lost security token, found security token, incorrect item bought with tomestones, harassment, subscription time errors, rewards not being received in mog mail, etc.
    Each and every time, it was handled perfectly and very quickly.

    Also - don't be that person. If somebody makes a thread like this, there is no need to say what you said.

    it seems that customer service via telephone shines above the rest for SE. I have too had good experience using this method.

    Just sent a report about tank being a complete jerk in SV HM, got a reply within 10 minutes. Wasn't direct GM contact but it wasn't the usual canned response either. Definitely works for me.

    (By the way, still stuck in here. Tank refuses to actually do the dungeon and it's been over half an hour, he'd be doing other stuff had he left on his own and eaten the penalty. Also just pulled the first boss then locked himself out.)

    Most if not all of my experiences with SE's customer service with regards to FFXIV have been positive. Only thing I'd wish for is slightly better timing when they send us tells - had a GM contact me halfway through a T9 pull several times, was an...interesting experience trying to maintain casts while talking to the GM, though I guess that can't really be helped. XD
