    Duty finder 30 mins ban bug

    this has happened to me twice now, I would que in duty finder with a premade party if one of my party members rejects the duty when it comes up, I get the 30min ban other player can rejoin the duty finder with no issues, both times I have accepted the duty, only to be banned.

    details:
    first time it was in a pre made party of 6 for turn 5 (nobody ban me got banned)
    second time it was in a premade party of 2 for front-line

    things that might effect it
    I changed servers not to long ago from coeorl to Tonberry
    I am running windows 8

    did you withdraw from any prior DF q's prior that day?
    the new penalty system penalized you for withdrawing 3x or more in one day UNLESS you are in a FULL PREMADE party 4person 8 peron or 24 person (dungeon-trial/raid-CT/ST respectively)

    yeah I did trying to get to a session in progress for AV to help a friend, I can see how this isnt a bug now its just a shitty system as i didnt reject the last two and still banned, how ever I will delete the report. (I dont know how to delete)
