Limit Break Bar Unification

Problem is there seems to be an issue where if you use it right as it fills you use the next lower tier, even if on your screen it's clearly full.

As a caster, who would likely have the most issues with this (because if you're in ground targeting mode before the next bar fills, even if you use it after the ding it will still treat it as LB2 instead of LB3, or LB1 instead of LB2), I really don't have any issue. It's really just a matter of awareness - see the wrong name on the castbar? Cancel it and use it again.
