Steps:
1. Accepted mission, A Bad Bladder, from Scarlet in New Gridania (X 9, Y 11)
2. Completed mission, got give Ehcatl Wristgolves.
3. Tried accepting new daily crafting mission, received stated error
4. Looked online for a solution, they suggested clear your quest and leve log
5. Cleared Quest log of older missions and non class specific missions.
6. Completely cleared leve log (Wasted 24 hours worth of leve allowances :'(, 6 whole leve's gone.)
7. Tried again to accept a mission, got the same error
8. went back online, seen that someone mentioned trying it on another tribe
9. Accepted mission, Highway Robbery, from Tranchraet in limsa lominsa Upper Decks (X 12, Y 12)
10. Completed mission
11. Tried to accept mission from this tribe (Kobold tribe), got the same error message.

Other Information
1. Waited a day to see if it was a time problem, didn't work
2. Rotated through all crafting classes just in case, didn't work

I had this same problem, it must be a UI bug. What I did was exited the client entirely and when I logged, there was one leve left that wasn't there before.
