Help with a NIN gear set?

Hi everyone. My group is currently restructuring roles to pick up a new member and switch out DRG and SMN for NIN and BLM respectively. I'm going to be end up as the NIN for raids, and I was hoping I could get a little help from those of you who are good at theory crafting/min-maxing/and just putting together good sets. After all, it's not like there's a 2.3 BiS since the job didn't exist then.

I intend to prioritize:

Acc (for Final Coil) > Crit > Det > SS

As for resources:

As soon as I cap for the week, I will have exactly 1,400 poetics tomes (was saving for weapon), so I will be able to buy a large and medium piece, two medium and one small, three small, or some other similar combination. I can also get whatever soldiery pieces and the Sands to upgrade. Lastly, I can farm T6-T9 for any HA pieces worth having.

So yeah, if anyone is willing to help me figure it out, I would greatly appreciate it

If you have a group that will quickly progress through the turns, I'd go for poetics weapon first obviously. If not, I'd get body and pants first because the first 2 turns drop head, hands and boots for NIN if I remember correctly. You can easily mix and match the accuracy you need from HA and Gloam sets for MNK depending on which weapon you use (Vajra, Shiva, HA or relic). Personally I barely care about secondary stats because ilvl and main stats mostly rule over them.
