    Got the sparklers, but now I can't seem to figure out how to use them?

    Any suggestions?

    They are in your consumables pack. Open up your pack, select it, then sub-target yourself.

    if you are asking for how to literally use them, press U on the keyboard. Then simply scroll down and find it, click on it, and bam!
