Only if you do it the first time, never say that you do it the first time and don't read instructions and don't have a idea that Focus Target exist (to see what the boss do while you target an add).
To unlock ST you have to clear CT. If you can clear CT, then you can also clear ST.

Yeah but it's sooooo hard. I think they should include high allagan drops too. After all it's the least they can do.
