Update: Cannot accept ANY Beast Tribe daily quest

Area and coordinates: Ehcatl, North Shroud; Little Solace, East Shroud; Novv's Nursery, Western La Noscea; Ring Of Ash, Southern Thanalan;
Steps:
1. Changed into all Disciples of Hand L50 jobs but there was no change, I get the quest window but the message "No daily beast tribe quests acccepted prior to today may be active." *see Step 3
2. Visited Beast Tribe zones, all quests should have reset, but still show the red "cannot accept" icon
3. I can confirm I do not have outstanding Beast Tribe quests, my Quest limit is only 10/30 and Levequest limit is currently 0/16.
4. After logging out (90k surprise, surprise) and logging back in, there was one quest left, however this was definitely not there before I logged out.
