Hello, I am going to try and write this message in the nicest way possible, however I have been waiting around for over 2 months now waiting for a fix for this, and I have paid for 2 months subscription to wait around. From a customer service point of view, I do not find this acceptable, and I have been patient because my first contact via this issue was in game on the 12th of September!
I previous contacted support in this thread in October, after it was suggested by the GMs:

When I posted this thread the bug had already been present for quite a while because I decided to wait it out for a little while, to see if the bug fixed itself after a server reset of some kind. After a substantial amount of time I decided to contact support again in October. Since then I have sent a lot of messages to and from in-game support (I'm counting 19 in my in-game support history, however I think the window is full). The issue about my bug was raised to the supervisors, but the GMs could not come up with an explanation for why the bug hasn't been fixed, they could only say that if the quest was to be reset it could cause problems down the line, and suggested that I make another forum post with as much detail as possible. I am going to include a new bug report below, detailing as much information as possible. I'm coming to the end of my tether with this, and I just want to enjoy the game.

The bug is ongoing, however it occurred around the 12th of september .
Steps:
1) I picked up the lightning-aspected crystals
2) Walked to Aideen
3) Handed them in
4) The 'Quest Complete' logo came up
5) The green meteor logo was still present (I thought something was up)
6) The game had taken my quest items without completing the quest as such.
7) When I right click the NPC now it just shows the dialogue to suggest I don't possess the items, meaning I cannot complete the quest.
