Suggestion for New Housing Items

I was working on my fc's house a bit this week, and the idea hit me... FC banners, flags, and pennants.

What I am thinking is that these would work much like the placards on the outside of the house, but they would be interior wall furnishings. They would have the FC crest on them, along with primary and secondary colors from the crest.

Thoughts? Additions?

Seasonal furniture is a must. Surprised we didn't get carved pumpkins during the Harvest Festival, pretty sure we got some summer furniture.

Would be great if they worked the Christmas Tree furniture to work like a Secret Santa type event; you trade an item to the tree and it goes to a random person.

Now that the housing has been made more accessible to most people who cared about it (double wards and maybe if there's even more demand SE might add new ones) I'd like more housing features rather than more cosmetic useless stuff. Things like more cooking furniture (the ones we have now are meh) or for example let us put fishes we catch on the wild in our garden ponds and let us breed them (like garden intercrossing).

Playground items like seen in Gridania, behind the carpentering guild (right?.. lol). Still want more land.. I want to make chocobo paradise xD (also having raised chocobo's wander around).

Speaking wandering around chocobos (and maybe minions), interact-able objects by them. Like having a generator either inside or out that a chocobo can hamster run on <3... lol. Could also relate these items to training chocobos take for racing/raising (raising endurance on your chocobo for racing, if you have have the item then the chocobo will use it when doing that training).

Would like to be able to "dress up" the vendors. As I have one placed in front of the oven crafting station (want to dress in CUL outift), and another behind a desk in my "office".
