Maybe you forgot you can customize the voice when you create your character, so that lala you found, had the voice it have chosen by its player.

If you don't like it, that does not means it have to be deleted from the game.

XD I have a large male cat with a tiny little voice and his smaller sister has a deep voice.

Size may correlate to vocal range sometimes but don't act like two people are going to have the same vocal range because of their height... That is quite frankly stupid reasoning.

Something I'm sure more than one has found annoying is how the voice preview in the character creating page does not reflect at all the combat voice you get when you play a melee, why isn't that added to the character creation?

i'm a lalafell with a deep voice.
when i created my character i Chose the one from which i thought suits best for my personal idea of that character.

well, yea that's all that Counts and it's working as intended

in RL there are also big persons with squeaky voices and small People with deep voices.
yea for some they seem funny but they are still precious members of our Society =)
