Beast Tribe Allowances Not Replenishing

Steps:
1. I went to go do my daily beast tribe quests for the day with the Ixali. I still had my quests from the day before. I completed them, but afterwards saw that I had no allowances, at first thinking perhaps this was intended (like perhaps something was updated to make it do this... even though I have done this several times before) I thought nothing much of it.

2. The next day I went back to the Ixali to pick up quests and they were still not available. (I switched classes to all my different crafters to be sure.) When I right clicked on any of the NPCs I saw that my allowance was set to 0. I went to the Sylphs to check and it still had 0 as my beast tribe allowances. Thinking to myself that maybe it was something I did, or maybe I messed something up. I decided to wait.

3. The next day, same thing. No beast tribe allowances again. I checked my journal to make sure I had no beast tribe quests, I did not. I checked the NPCs again, no allowances. I did not immediately write a report about this though, as I was extremely busy preparing for finals for college. I sent a report a few days back however, but received no sign of acceptance or anything saying that they received my message. So I wrote another last night.

I highly doubt that this has something to do with the hardware of my computer to be completely honest with you.

It's been nearly 2 weeks since I've been able to do a single beast tribe daily quest... I'm not sure why I am continuing to pay for a service that is broken. I can't do all of the things I want to, so why should I be paying for it? Pardon me if I sound rash about it, but I'm fairly certain no one appreciates not being able to enjoy the full experience of a service they are paying for.

Another issue, that isn't as pressing that occurred at the same time, and may be linked in some form or fashion. The "Days left" of subscription that appears on the character select screen has vanished. I'm not entirely sure if that's intentional or what.. but I did notice it about the same time as when the beast tribe allowances stopped replenishing.

Any help that can be offered will be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping that there will be some way to make up for the troubles of not being able to do my dailies.

A while ago there were similar threads.

One could be resolved by the user with relogging -> then abandoning the daily quest which was not shown in the log before relogging.
The other one just didn't finish/abort all previous ixali quests.

Did you really make sure your questlog category "north shroud" has no quests?

I'm having the same issue. All the Ixali have the red quest icon over their head, the timer won't reset, and the only quest in my log is for Titan Hard.

*Verified that I don't have any of the quests remaining.
*Changed to each individual crafting class.
*Logged out and logged back in several times.
*Verified allowances left, still zero.

At this point it's taken over a week since my first bug report. After attempting to contact the support I was told to post here, only to find out I'm not the only one with this issue. The customer support for this game is absolutely atrocious! I was one day away from starting to collect the oakknots I need for my crafters, and now I'm so far behind it's just stupid. Congratulations SQEENIX, you're pushing more and more customers away.

Thank you for your help, as you said i had an active Ixal quest no showing in the UI, but think this is still a bug related the the Ixal quests, i'm not sure now, but i remember accepting some quest to finish them the next day and getting new allowances np.

I heard a bunch of people on my server had issues yesterday with this.. I had no issues though..

I logged in today and there was a beast tribe quest in my quest log. I checked it a hundred times over before though, I'm 200% sure there was not one in there. I wish I had taken a screenshot, but I'm not making up that it wasn't there.

When I abandoned the quest, it gave me back my allowances. The quest was Hot Cross Buns though. I still feel cheated though.

Same thing, logged in. Journal still just had my one quest (Titan HM), but once I picked up some leves and when to go activate one of them, the Ixali quest popped up.
