    I think they're doing this to reset queues because they're sick of being like 7000th in line for Melee DPS. So they do a DDOS attack, get to the front of the melee dps queue, and just have to wait for three appropriate people to get back in queue.

    that's what happens when 803789658096989505786478948078 tetra-gabazillion player all play dps and only 20 000 are healer and tanks
