
I think so. I know they do it in TESO(If memory serves correctly. I forget, haven't touched that game since release)Almost reminds me of the few people who in FFXI said they shouldn't reduce the entry fee to Dynamis, and later shortening the lockout to 1 day instead of a week due to more people farming.
Aside from that isn't there a lockout on the "need" button when it comes to gear instead of sand, oil, and tomes?
Don't they do that in Guildwars2?
