    "Suspicious activity" on my account.

    For two months straight, this message came on my launcher. Every Single day, I had to change the password, and every single day I was unable to make it work properly. But I'm to the point to drop it really, because nothing appears to work.

    I'm really losing hope and strangely enough my pass change mail is becoming delayed like crazy, almost 1 hour of waiting. I know it's a IP issue with my computer, since this problem happens in few other mmorpgs like SWTOR and AA, but it usually seemed to solve for itself.

    Please can someone give me an advice or help? I know there should be another thread somewhere, but as soon as I turn off the pc, I'll have to wait again for a pass change, as I just did now for entering on the forums.
    If necessary feel free to move, but at least a useful tip for fixing the IP issue would be great. Sorry, this is my first time using the forums, but nothing that I found on the internet seemed to fix my problem.

    ((PS: I would LOVE to fix this issue without buying a token. I don't have a smartphone ))

    Unless u buy the Token or get the app everytime ur IP changes you will have to deal with changing ur password its a security thing.I.m guessing you have a Dynamic ip address from your provider? if so call them and ask for a Static Ip address but that might cost extra each month i would just bit the bullet and buy the token.Other then that no idea hope ya get it worked out ^^

    I had no choice in the end and used my mother's smartphone to attempt the token (I guess being someone who doesn't like smartphone and iphones this is a big issue). But I'll probably need to wait tomorrow to see if this -actually- works.
    While checking the thread I was talking to my FC but they said the same thing more or less. I cannot say I'm glad to do it though: I never had this kind of issue before in almost 10 years of gaming, never been hacked once, never had phishing problems nothing.

    But apparently I had to do it for a problem in the IP that for some reason I don't even know what it is (and it can't be my modem: my sister had that block issue once and that's it)

    go to the support center and log in with your SE Account. it's a different account then what you use for these forums and games. so you may need to register. but if you pester them enough, they will remove this crap from your account. i had this same exact issue. i went on through like 2~4 weeks of having to change my password. sometimes multiple times per day. after about the 3rd time contacting support it stopped happening.

    It's not just your IP, Whenever I log into the square enix store, it makes me change my password for 14... They have some really insane security things going on
