Dungeons with tanks "disconnection"

Had a couple of dungeons runs earlier and i'm beginning to get peeved that some tanks pretend to "Disconnect" due to being unable to speed run a dungeon

First Expert
TANK, Healer, MNK, DRG (Tank disappears)

Second Expert
Tank, Healer, MNK MNK (tank disappears)

Third Expert
Tank, Healer, NIN, MNK (Tank Disappears)

Fourth Expert
Tank Healer MNK BLM (finally we get going)

Why the hell do i have to keep resigning back up for expert when i wann aget my poetics capped while being on my MNK (my highest class) and yet i don't fit in with the norms of (tank healer brd blm), this kinda thing need to be stopped cos i'm getting annoyed with having to rewait to do a frigging dungeon!!!

So what? You can get your Poetics as other classes too, why must it be your favorite one?

Take your tin foil hat off. Unless you've been living under a rock lately you would know there have been a lot of connectivity issues reported all over the forum, specifically due to the DDoS attacks.

There is nothing that says you need to abandon because the Tank left these are highly popular dungeons since everyone at endgame is farming poetics right now. It usually takes a few minutes max to get a new Tank. I've never seen Tanks leave because of the party line up i did Expert roulette yesterday with two Ninjas in the party and nobody left. The only reason i normally see a Tank instantly leave is if somebody has low gear. You need to understand the rest of the party are people too and the DF is not a personal people dispenser for you to get a group to do things with. There is no contract you sign when you queue that says you need to complete the dungeon with that party of course there are penalties for abandoning the party and some would rather waste 30 minutes than over an hour of banging their head against a wall with a struggle party.

otherwise, I queue up as my summoner and do shit irl like cleaning or reading while i wait
