What's the average time character creation opens?

Just curious because I'm trying to get some friends into the game.

Not sure I understand this but do you mean your trying to get a friend of yours on your server but it's saying world full, can't create new characters or world is closed, something like that?

If so there isn't really a average time that it's open more like when there is space on that server and a space might be freed up when someone deletes their character off that world or transfer from said world to another one.

Yeah I believe that is what he/she meant. The restrictions get lifted at random times really. With 2.4 just dropping there's a lot more interest in the game and I've been seeing a lot more server transfers here since we are one of the larger populated NA servers. I hope you are able to get them in at some point.
