Thread: Stone Skin II in 3.0

Continuing to read this thread makes me sad that there are people who think we even need an AoE Stoneskin. News flash, WHMs aren't there for mitigating damage constantly, you're there for big heals. Mitigating damage constantly is what SCHs are there for. Stop trying to unbalance an already balanced system and stop being lazy when it comes to doing Stoneskin outside of battle, you have the time, use it.

There wont be any Stoneskin 2 -ga etc They said it in the Fanfest and their reason was because it would be too good / too strong.

Maybe this was talked about (don't feel like reading all the pages on this) but while I would love an AOE stoneskin, I would much rather have the option to have CD's reset when reaching the boss room in raids or dungeons. As it stands right now while working on progression in certain turns, once you get close you know when and where to use your CD's. For me I'll use RS to start off the battle in T10 or T11 but if we happen to wipe shortly after a time that I've used it again later in the fight, then I just don't have it up. For the most part its more annoying than anything but there were times back in second coil where it was really a hindrance. Having to wait every single time because our main tank needed his cool down on Hallowed Ground to be close enough to use again when he needed it before we started was a mess.
