There're a bunch of people that are spread out doing them, so you might be lucky and run into a large group especially now; seeing tons of people on my server which is pretty nice.

Watch out for dreadwolves and plains footpaths, and also the mobs that pop up trying to get the giant Bomb are three lvl. ~35 Fire elementals, so yeah not really solo-able at low levels, its much more funner(sp?) with a group anyway

It's super safe from Gridania to Camp Glory. Only proplem would be fron Camp Glory to the Harmlet, some R20+ wolves on the way and some R25 bandits in the cave tunnel.
