no tony that's a daily limit. not really even a daily limit i guess you could say.

as they pointed out in the explanation in top. you start off with 2500. each item you get you lose 10 of that 2500. as you get close to 1000 you hit basic break fatigue which lessens your gathering by causing you to damage items/miss fish more often. at 0 you supposedly cannot gather at all(i never hit this fatigue on any class). if you do hit 0 gathering fatigue it will be completely full again and no fatigue in 25hours.

you gain 100 every hour so it basically gives you a chance to gather 10 more items every hour without fatigue.

i know this actually looks confusing, but if you remember the video from initial launch about sp fatigue and how it gradually increases but over time it refills is the easiest example i know how to give.

    start with 2500
    each success -10
    every hour +100
    gather ok until 1000
    0 gathering at 0

basically if you gather a few hours and then stop for a few by either fighting or crafting you should never see fatigue. i see the basic version alot because when i gather i do it for massive amount of mats for my crafting and grinding that class. i've mined and fished for up to 8 hours straight and have never seen the no gathering fatigue.

8 hours = 330 hits before you cant hit anymore, if one hit takes 1 minute, you get 5 hits per spot + 3 min run per spot = 5 hit per 8 min, = 7.5*5 hits per hour = 7.5*5*8 for 8 hours = 300, meaning you wouldnt hit the zero, even if you were a rmt :P

buy you are not taking into account fishing you do not have to change locations. if you stand in one spot and 1 fish per minute then you are getting 8 x 60 = 480 if the one per minute would be correct. nice try to correct me though.

you're also not taking into account that if like i take my miner to a low level area for items you get much more than 5 attempts. if i take my miner to a level 1 spot i believe it's 8 attempts i get so on your own math turns up flawed not to mention it rarely takes over 1 minute to run from one spot not the 3 you are quoting.

i'm tryin to help someone so don't come in trying to make up facts that are incorrect. it only confuses the person asking for help.
