About Mog Station

Hello!
I wasn't sure where to post this, and I know the issue is being addressed (hopefully...) but I still wanted to express my disappointment about the lack of solutions about the Mog Station problem right now with payments and transactions in general.

Unfortunately for my, my subscription was to be renewed (as ever 3 months) today, the 20th... however, because of the problems of the Mog Station, it wasn't renewed, so right now I'm completely stuck unable to play.

This is a most frustrating, since I was going for the Rank 7 of the Veteran Rewards. I play this game practically everyday, and would have never been happier about a payed subscription for any service. I use more FF XIV than my XBOX Live account entirely.

I find it frustrating that... while some players can log during free login special weekends, I, that am a loyal happy customer, can't log in right now because of a problem that's not my fault.

In any case, I know there's work happening on the issue as I'm writing this, but I still wanted to express my mind, and hopefully for the future, some kind of measure is taken to compensate for problems like this to long time players or something...

With that said, thx for keeping the news updated with the issues that the service in general has been having this week. Keep it up SE, we love you... even if you upset us from time to time.
