Using Ixali quests to level crafting

I can handle (you have 1/2 your normal CP), I can handle (you can't use cross class skills). I can't handle the (you have 1/2 your normal CP and you can't use cross class skills). At this point in time, I don't have the gear to counter both of those penalties.
