Hi Everyone, Dream Catchers is looking to recruit both Casual and Raid members! We are an FC that strives to promote a family community, who enjoy having fun and getting good progression. We all enjoy FFXIV and Dream Catchers is looking for other players who like downing new content or just having fun with friends!


Free Company Rules and Requirements:


-No Harassing Other Players
-Please be courteous and respectful to all FC members
-All raid members are required to have Team Speak and be able to talk during raids. You may NOT have your microphone muted. (Effective as of October 11, 2014, any raiders who do not follow this rule will be dismissed)
-I have a ZERO tolerance for people who are prone to yelling at other raid members as this is counterproductive. Give feedback on how people can improve, not what they can't do. Respect is a MUST.
-Please remember that everyone is here to have fun while we get through content.
-Must join our FC website: Dream Catchers

Those who wish to join us will be subject to a 2 week trial period in the FC before they are promoted to regular members. Trial members have little to no rights to the FC storage chest or gardening. Please note, this is not to be cruel to new players, it is merely giving everyone a chance to get to know one another before Trial members are trusted enough to be given storage chest access. The trial period applies for both raid and casual members; however, if a new raid member is given a spot in the raid group and they miss 1 day in 2 weeks, they are promptly removed from the group (Unless an emergency arises). Raid members are expected to be dedicated and committed to the group and this requires attendance.

As a perk, Raid Members are provided with free HQ food and potions to use during raids! You are expected to be online, ready to raid, and in the Raid Leader’s party 10 minutes before raids START. Please note that the raid times are start times and not the time when you should be logged in to the game or Team Speak. Don’t apply for a raid position if you can’t make the times every week. We want players who are dedicated to their raid groups and put in 110% of their best effort every raid day!

A Knight's Dream


Requirements:
-Must join Dream Catchers
-Must have Team Speak 3 and be able to talk during raids!
-Must be courteous and kind to other raid members! Remember, we are all here to progress and have fun!
-Please be able to take criticism well.
-Preferred to recruit members who are i108 or higher!
-Some Turn 10 experience or a Turn 10 clear. We will not be going back to get you a Turn 9 clear, but we will go back to farm weapons as needed.

Progression:
Turn 6-9 Farm
Turn 10 Cleared
Turn 11 @ 75%

1 Scholar

Raid Times (Pacific):
Monday – 6:30pm-9pm
Thursday -6:30pm-9pm
Friday – 6pm-9:30pm
*We compromise times depending on if someone will miss a day, so we sometimes raid Saturdays*
*Saturdays - 7pm-9pm



Nightmares


Requirements:
-Subject to a 2 week Trial period.
-ilevel 105 or higher.
-Must have Teamspeak and be able to talk and communicate during raids.
-Must be courteous and kind to other raid members. Remember, we are all here to have fun and progress!
-Must have i110 weapon.

Progression:
Turn 6 -Turn 8 Farm
Turn 9 progression (Past Heavensfall)

Saturday- 8pm-10pm

The Benchwarmers


Raid Times/Days: (Pacific Times)
Wednesday 6:00pm-9pm
Thursday 7:00pm-9pm
Friday 6:00pm-9pm


Positions Available:
Tank with Bard or Melee off spec
(Prefer people who have some Turn 9 experience or clear!)


Progression:
Turn 9 to 37%!


Requirements:
-We do need 1 person who would be willing to lead raids, please mention if you are interested in this position in your application!
-Must Join FC; however, we do have a LS that members must join for easier communication. Those on the Trial Period will be LS only members unless they are optimistic about getting a permanent spot and decide to join the FC first! ^^
-Must be courteous to other raid members.
-Must have Team Speak and be able to communicate during raids.
-Prefer ilvl 105 or higher.
-Must be able to put 110% percent in to raid times/days. Please don't waste others time!

Casual Players
Joining our FC as a Casual members means you aren’t quite ready to raid yet but you still want to progress and enjoy the game. We are looking for active players that are looking for a close-knit family environment with a variety of people. As an added benefit, Casual members are given access to our first storage chest where everyone donates items that may be useful to other members such as rare crafting material. Even though casual members are not included in end game raids, raiders will help you clear content while you help contribute food or other materials for the raiding groups. If you ever decide that you would like to be in a raid group, you are given priority over new recruits depending on how long you have been with the FC. You may apply through the application in-game and do not need to apply through our website!
