Mog Station error code 401 (and sometimes 601)

I've been trying to add crysta to my account to buy a Phial of Fantasia, but I keep getting blocked by those errors. I've called my credit card holder and they told me that the payment isn't even getting to them. So it is something on SE's side.

I have tried:

Different browsers
through my phone
through buying crysta rather than buying the phial straight up
buying through a VPN
a different card

It all comes back to 401/601

Anyone got a fix for this?

Only thing I "think" it could be has to do with the attacks last night on SE servers. Not sure if the mog station was affected or not since I "think" it is based in Japan still.

What you use as card(visa,mastercard). Don't know if true for you or not, for me there is several choice in card list , For example on some website with the service I use that generate 1 time card for me , I need to choose for example visa or the second option that is blue card.On SE case I need to choose Visa but maybe you are on same case as me with other service.
Also to pay you need your card to be from same country as the one you are to pay. For example you are in UK you need a UK card , you are in USA you need a USA card to process.
Globalcollect when you try to pay check your location with your IP it seem and check the card country or location.

Its a common error, still exists for me. I have used the same CC back in 1.0 and Legacy and the one time I removed it now I can't add that same card as a option, even tried different cards. Its a common problem and there is a official thread up, that has been having reports for over a year. Nothing has yet to be done about it, and since UltimatePay retired, and it took the PayPal option away to buy Crysta it got worse.
