They didn't, they just can't get BIS gears anymore without making a step into coil :'(, having to work hard for dah best shiny gear is harsh for them! No more zerg fest for free handed stuffs xD sooooo.... hunters re back to afk in towns

Joke aside, on my server, there is still some people doing it but it's way more friendly like since they re mostly doing it for a glamour purpose.

Until the next patch is released and they do the same thing. They'll add the gear upgrades to hunts/final CT turn and the masses will catch up again.

This is true though, and I like it. I've joined a handful of Hunt parties since 2.4 hit and it's been a far more enjoyable experience than pre-2.4.

Hardly. They can be soloed easily and respawn in three seconds. It's not difficult to get these achievements, it just takes a while.
