I hated primal focus. It sat in my quest log for the longest of times mocking me because it took me forever to find a group that could clear Garuda, Ifrit and Titan EX. Once I got my 3 clears I swore to never do it again.

That said, I'm not opposed to primal-themed armor/glamour pieces. Something like Breastplate of the Vortex from Garuda, Inferno Gauntlets from Ifrit and so on.
