Great, after a long frustrating workday I finally get with my PVP LS and join a couple Frontlines matches. The ones we couldn't do the two nights preceding because of the patch and the Sunday server issues. What do we get? More disconnects that essentially meant we wasted time we could have planned doing something else. What didn't we get! How about any kind of information to convey at a high level the nature of the issue, and how it is being addressed, etc. or even an acknowledgement something is amiss or, I don't know, an apology maybe?

Some kind of gesture is needed to show this is being take seriously and that they desire to make things up to impacted players.
