Its sad that we make fun of EA for this, but even SWTOR didnt have this many server problems at or before launch. *shakes head*

Counting DDOS as a server issue is just silly, nothing can be done to keep yourself from being DDOSed. If the wrong people decide to burn down your servers then you are shit out of luck until they stop.

Not everything is a ddos attack. And if enough people hammer the authenticate servers trying to get into play then thats essentially the same thing.

I can't imagine there's a huge flood of people trying to log in to the NA/EU datacenters during the late night/early morning hours for those areas though.
