Target Not in Range

While doing Expert Roulette tonight (Qarn) I found myself getting the message Target not in range, however, since I was on brd this should not be a problem I had to get really close to the mob and even then I still was getting that message it made the run pretty unplayable. Just also tried it on lvl 10 Horizon mobs just to see if it was outside of the game and same problem.

EDIT: Logging a few times seems to have solved the problem.
