EX Roulette is Rigged

I am getting Qarn every single time, using three different characters across two different servers. I say they are rigged all right!! All I want is Snowcloak every single time, and none of the other dungeons.

And so does everyone else and that's where the problem lies XD

Personally I'm getting really tired of Sastasha already. I've gotten Snowcloak and Qarn maybe twice each in roulette and the rest has been Sastasha HM. I know it's a roulette and random is random, but damn if it doesn't feel annoying.

Lol at "making it 10 times in a row" and "That is such a statistical outlier" such presentation of statistic knowledge.

It's very important to keep in mind that the roulettes aren't RNG simply because they queue you up with people who are NOT queuing for roulette and are instead queuing for a dungeon that is in the said roulette list.. the fact of people queuing up more for one specific dungeon in the roulette list (which happened a LOT due to people running brayflox so much back in 2.2) can cause the roulette to put you in the same dungeon over and over, pretty simple stuff.

I'm pretty even on which dungeon I get into, though it feels like my results are skewed toward:
- When I'm queuing with a full group, it's Snowcloak.
- When I queue solo DPS, it's Sastasha.
- When I queue in-progress (any role), it's Qarn.
