Depends on fight. Turn 11 I m using swiftcast once i need apply dots during dodging nerve gasses or other mechanics. In the opener i m using it always, but during the fight using it different purposes..

Well, for Swiftcast, using it at the beginning doesnt sound too bad, but if you take the battle mechanics and how high chances are for you to be ressing someone, specially the other healer or a tank, then wouldn't judge when to reuse it mid battle be a matter of such facts?
For a bad example: if your party already went through a wipe, yea, save it for a res.

Its better than leave it useless tho.
Also for me, Raise fror SMN is necessary when:
- Healer in struggle with party's low HP
- Healer have to save their MP for healing their party
- Healer died
SCH main here. I'd much rather have to res someone myself than have a dps hold back 'just in case' on a what, 300 potency AoE.
Yes we like it when SMN res someone for us but our job is to prevent that from ever happening. If you reserve SC because you want to be ressing, that is a total disrespect of my own mettle.
no no no were not discussing the use of shadowflare, thats a given, were discussing the use of swiftcast plus shadowflare. Yea doesn't make you any less of healer not having to rez someone and letting a dps with a free rez do it for you?? You really got me on that one. I think you should reflect a little on that i suggest, respectfully.SCH main here. I'd much rather have to res someone myself than have a dps hold back 'just in case' on a what, 300 potency AoE.

Well, to be honest, the raid shouldn't be dying. If you are focused on keeping it just incase a member dies, then it is a raid issue lol
