i feel like once you reach the point where you can fit 2 full thrusts in B4B (and maybe reapply phlebotomize at 0.01s) skillspeed loses all value lol

I feel that a 2.25 recast time can be helpful in some situations it rly just depends on the fight. Now if you could get enough skill speed for an extra combo on heavy thrust, that would be OP. Doubtful though I realize XD
