BRD and WHM Looking for Raid Group

My husband and I are wanting to start raiding more. We have barely done any of the Coils due to our FC not really raiding. We've been trying for almost a year to get them through T5 and more. Partly we haven't made it farther due to me. Pregnancy then NICU I was rarely online, but that has changed some.

We are on limited time to raid due to twin newborns, but normally have about 3-5 hours a night plus more on weekends. Plus grandparents watch them every other weekend so we'll have one full night.

I have an I116 BRD, I106 SCH, low SMN (rarely use it) and trying to level up WAR and DRG.

He has 50 PLD(115), DRG(110),WHM (118), BLM (100), WAR (112), SCH (113), SMN (100), BRD (97) In Progress: MNK, NIN.

Edit: We have made it through all the primals and T5, both are very fast learners and will watch videos/do research before whatever we run. It may take me 1 time to run through it to get everything, just because I do better with a trial run but after that it's very rare for me to do bad. Same with my husband, he's actually a bit better than me.
Note: We are not wanting to change FC's. We love them, just they are more casual gamers which is great but we are wanting to expand.
