Thanks for making Second Coil more accessible

From the bottom of my heart, thank you SE . It's great to see 8-month-old content finally being made accessible to casual players. My only complaint is why wasn't the toning down of these actions done sooner? Team jump rope mechanics and "do this ridiculously convoluted action or you die" mechanics should have only been in Savage Coil in the first place.

I doubt it's going to be any easier than most EX Primals still, even after the nerfs.

That said I am all for having an actual option for i110 gearing that isn't Syrcus Tower, because joining even 'farming' pugs for second coil was regularly proving to not actually be a thing.

T5 was never really nerfed (excluding Twisters), they just made the icon for divebombs bigger and flattened the hand. Don't think they'll do much to T9.

He specifically stated at one of the Fests he was going to look into Twisters and Divebombs in some mysterious way.

Still hasn't happened though.

While we're on the subject, as some have mentioned in other threads. Its sort of funny they directly assaulted Instant Wipes in T6-8 yet Garu Ex and Titan Ex are still just hangin out over there. With these nerfs wont Titan Ex be harder than T6?...

You're still gonna have to deal with devour in T6. If people repeatedly get eaten, the damage will be too much to handle.

People still need to handle shriek in T7. Even though it won't be instant death, the tank won't last long with the boss pounding on them for 10 seconds without heals.

Ballistic missile in T8 will still one shot you and allagan field still need to be handled properly.

Not everything was toned down. There's still jump roping to be had. You're still going to wipe a lot and would be a nightmare to duty find.

To be fair, I don't believe they nerfed twisters so much as fixed the fact that their detection was bugged and were nearly RNG to survive.

At which point we'll have Heavensward and an extra 10 levels, nevermind a likely massive equivalent item level increase, and people won't even give a damn about Second Coil anymore.
