I don't it's a vertical progression game. If your upset about nerfs to old content then your going to be mad every few patches. I use my time more for account achievements because those grinds will not be lessen. The same amount of work I have to put towards 1000 frontlines will still be the same amount needed a year from now.
Some might argue and ask why wasnt there a storymode coil without "jump rope mechanics" as you put it for people who dont wish to set foot in the harder content? If you're arguement is gear then you already have i110 from ST and even poetics at i120 now. Guild Wars 2 did a good job of this by adding a storymode for those wanting easier runs and explorable mode for those who wanted harder mechanics. If SE followed them and gave out both mode types of content in the same patch then i guess alot of people like yourself might feel better about having access sooner rather than wait for months.
Also i do still believe that the content difficulty should reflect the gear quality. People who want easier content dont need the best gear. Deny or twist this logic in any way you wish but it wont make you any more right about what i just said.
These threads always feel more like a bee swarm than an actual discussion.

My static fell apart for a few good months - so after clearing T5 we were kinda stuck running around looking for new members and getting them through T5 to get into T6. We'd only ran T6 a few time so it is kinda sad we never got to clear it without the nerfs - but hopefully we'll be able to catch up easier now too, as we were held back due to other issues that were out of our control :3

I never took the liberty of setting up a group to clear the content. I only used party finder and always struggled, because it would always be a different group. I mean, why commit to something? Obviously I refuse to acknowledge my own inadequacy and refuse to learn from mistakes. Challenging content is boring and takes too much time. So thank you SE for making second coil easier and thus not prepping me for the difficulty of final coil and giving me confirmation that laziness and inadequacy will be rewarded.
